Fog & Last Night's Dream; Life in Reverse

I was living backwards in time, somehow. Although time seemed to move in the normal, linear fashion internally, external things seemed to go in reverse (plants un-growing, etc.) My brain was struggling to integrate these opposites (& failing miserably.)

Woke early this morning to find our neighborhood shrouded in fog (perhaps my favorite "weather condition.")

These dream sequences are cool. I've got to try this.

Erik; I've enjoyed dream journaling for years now. At present my dream journal runs over 148,000 words (almost 300 pages, single spaced, 12 pt font. If only there were a market for THAT!) In addition to the general entertainment value, I find that some prove to have been premonitions (although typically not of anything particularly important,) & some really help me understand myself better. Relax & enjoy!

Here's last night's dream (one that I remembered), perhaps its the anti-biotics. And yes, I know I'm weird.

I am in the water under a large bridge (I think it's the Throgs Neck Bridge). There's a storm coming and I have climbed up onto the metal ladder to try and reach the roadway far above. There is a young boy with me (who might be me at a younger age). He has been in the water a long time, having drifted in Long Island Sound attached to something (it wasn't clear). The dream "camera" shifts and I see that the current Governor of Maryland has organized a search for me and the boy.

I realize that being on a metal ladder underneath a bridge during a thunderstorm is not the place to be, so the boy and I jump back into the water and swim for shore.

Yes it rained heavily here last night and my acute lack of sleep made me feel like I was walking in water most of the afternoon.

So, Doc? Am I crazy?

Brave Astronaut; Only you can truly analyze your dreams, but if the Governor of Maryland's involved, you'll probably be okay. *LOL*
