Levity Break; Bob Ross Has Issues
Although I have a deep respect & admiration for the late Bob Ross, I also got a kick out of this irreverent little video (particularly when he decides where to put the lighthouse.)

Oh boy, brought back memories of odd painting demo's I've seen.
Thanks for the early morning laugh!!!
Julie; You're welcome. Bob Ross may be the most famous public access TV figure on this side of the pond. Even non-painters know about the artist with the "big fro." He was a great artist & a gentle soul who always mentioned "happy little trees." He died of cancer some years ago, but his amazing legacy lives on.
That is a great one. I miss Bob Ross on Sundays.
Charles; I'm considering having the library order some of his instructional videos for their collection. I'll have to see if they're available on DVD.
Think Bob Ross paints were available over here - I threw some out last year. Also Far Side did a cartoon with the happy little trees and a fir crashed through the roof flattening the studio...
LOL - that was great, Lana. Thanks for the laugh. I always loved Bob Ross. He reminded me of a dear friend of mine who is also a painter with red hair and freckles.
Did you ever see the William Alexander shows too? Fun stuff.
Julie; Ah, you're familiar w/him, then--how cool. :)
Kate; Bob Ross rocked (in his calm & quiet way.) No, I'm not familiar w/William Alexander. I'll have to do some Googling & YouTube searching...Thanks for the tip!
