Applause from Tokyo too - the house on the water is my favourite. Actually, these photos are giving me hope for a future to come: I'd like a piece of that, etc! Most inspiring:)
Hi Lana, I finally found time and space in which to connect with the Internet. These are really beautiful. I somehow wanted to see them in a larger format.
I'm going to jump in and visit your recent posts. Thank you so much for your kind comments on Crayons. I especially liked the "I'm here to catch you" comment. That made me laught and cry.
OH I LOVE random eye candy!!! Very interesting pics, I love the curvy boadwalk trail...I can't pass up a trail, I always need to know what's around the corner! Nice job.
Caroline; Thank you! If you click on the pictures, it'll bring up the larger views. And I AM here to catch you, whenever you need me. :)
Chris; I know what you mean about trails. Charles & I have a hard time ending hikes because of that! I used to have a whole section of my homepage devoted to pictures of paths & roads.

Great pics. Love the one of the water and the cypress trees. They are cypress trees, right?

Your pictures make me want to live where you live. But, Charles wouldn't let me; "too many people in Louisiana"...blah blah.
Erik & Ello; Thank you!
Avery; Charles thinks there are too many people in the whole world so feel free to move to Abita Springs, LA. Margaritas on me! *L*
I really like the color in the flowers and I'd love to go for a jog on that boardwalk!

Wonderful photos, Lana! I would wander happily in any of those settings, every day. Except I can't fly, of course!
