Great pics. Love the one of the water and the cypress trees. They are cypress trees, right?

I'm trying to remember where that cabin scene was taken. And "yes" to Travis Erwin, those are cypress.

Laughingwolf, Jacob, JJ & Travis; Thank you. :)

Charles; The house was from our day at Fairview-Riverside State Park. ;)

Stunning photos!
Where is the one with the house on the water? Is that near you? Is that your house! It's breathtaking!!
:-)

Okay, I see you answered that! Sometimes I read the comments after I post. Not a very good habit.

Your pictures make me want to live where you live. But, Charles wouldn't let me; "too many people in Louisiana"...blah blah.

Lana Gramlich said...

Erik & Ello; Thank you!

Avery; Charles thinks there are too many people in the whole world so feel free to move to Abita Springs, LA. Margaritas on me! *L*

Wonderful photos, Lana! I would wander happily in any of those settings, every day. Except I can't fly, of course!

Hi Lana,
I finally found time and space in which to connect with the Internet. These are really beautiful. I somehow wanted to see them in a larger format.

I'm going to jump in and visit your recent posts. Thank you so much for your kind comments on Crayons. I especially liked the "I'm here to catch you" comment. That made me laught and cry.

OH I LOVE random eye candy!!! Very interesting pics, I love the curvy boadwalk trail...I can't pass up a trail, I always need to know what's around the corner! Nice job.

Lana Gramlich said...

Sandpiper; Thanks. :)

Caroline; Thank you! If you click on the pictures, it'll bring up the larger views. And I AM here to catch you, whenever you need me. :)

Chris; I know what you mean about trails. Charles & I have a hard time ending hikes because of that! I used to have a whole section of my homepage devoted to pictures of paths & roads.
