Recent Flowers

Some flowers in my yard over the last couple of days...

This morning; a wild hibiscus.

Pale meadow beauty. (The "haze" is this morning's high humidity on the camera lens.)

Unknown, small, yellow flowers.

Yesterday evening; A 2nd rudbeckia Indian Summer starts to bloom.

Your flowers are beautiful! And thanks so much for linking to my wild pink what is it page! Katybug who posts on my blog lives in your town, too!

We're in that weird stage: the big old oak out back finally lost its last leaves, but the smaller shrubs are just starting to show the first tiny indications of new green shoots.

Great wildflowers. That wild hibiscus is a stunner, but my favorite is still that beautiful rudbeckia.

Hey Lana,

Gorgeous shots! Especially like the last one -- something about the color is really striking.

Thanks, all! I've been a bad blog friend recently. My art career has been taking up quite a lot of my time. Apologies!

Hey, keep publishing flowers with their names attached. I love learning them, and it's interesting to see what is growing down your way.
