I'm also pleased to report that my first physical therapy session went well. I felt sooooooo good after the electrical stimulation, heat & massage--like a whole new person! I was also told that my range of movement is already better than expected.
I also finished a painting today. (Update, 5/29/10; The painting has sold.)
(The picture is of a male red-bellied woodpecker at one of our feeding stumps the other day. He reminded me of a person at an all-you-can-eat buffet.)

Great to hear that your first physical thearpy session went so well. It's finally warming up here, too. We may be able to get to the grocery store later today. Our first trip out in a little over two weeks.
glad things are going well with physical therapy. i think the only time i don't have my socks on is in summer, but i wear them around the house, but not to bed.
i hate being cold.
take care.
It's always good news for me when I see that you have a new post on your blog. :)
Lana, it's great to see that your physical therapy is going so well!
And you are having daytime temperatures in the sixties? Wow, it's barely been above freezing for about a fortnight here - I'm still sleeping in my socks!
Yes, I can go back to not wearing a jacket at work. I like that.
Great to hear you are doing well! Looking forward to the painting...
Lana, that's great on all fronts. Good to be healing, painting, and enjoying mod weather.
Great woodpecker shot! I've only once seen one here.
That's good your shoulder is improving so quickly. I hope that keeps up and you're back to normal as quickly as possible.
Great news about your therapy session. I love your RedBellied Woodie photo, they must love your feast in the winter months.
Glad to hear that your physical therapy is going well and that the painting has not stopped. Wonderful. :-D
Good news all around!

Therapy is a good thing. I also like your painting.
How many degrees? We reached the dizzy heights of 6 degrees today which was the highest it has been in weeks...
Ahh thanks for reminding me :)I completely forgot about SOCKS for the last two winters..
